In his over two decades of consulting experience including the Big5, he has established
himself as a trusted advisor in a wide range of industries technology, utilities,
financial services and non-profits in the areas of strategic planning/execution and
process improvement.
Specializing in the emerging growth companies, Manas has been instrumental in achieving operational efficiencies
and optimal performance in the non-profit and for-profit mid-market. He has held senior-level management positions
with PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and Freddie Mac leading cross-functional teams, that successfully calibrated
strategic responses to changes, in their global operations.
Manas has the expertise in understanding the business and translating that into Technology.
He received his MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago. He also holds a
MS in Computer Science from Banaras Hindu University, a premier institution in India.

Sumona Ghosh Das is a HR professional with background in Scientific Recruiting and Operations. She is the Operations Director for StrategicIT Solutions. She brings in more than a decade of experience in operations management, recruiting and employee relations. Sumona is a science grad with a Masters in Business Administration. She is a blogger and a published author, who is also involved in various non-profits which supports the upliftment of women and children.

Subhendu has more than 25 years of combined industry and consulting experience focusing on operational strategy development and delivering business value to his clients. He is known for solving complex business problems using a creative and analytical approach for breaking down issues and developing innovative business solutions. His key areas of expertise include strategy design, strategic planning, execution, operational transformation, quality systems improvement, IT systems strategy and implementation, program and portfolio management. A visionary, strategist, and a solution-oriented thought leader, who leverages program management and technology skills, business acumen and strategic “big picture” view to enable define organizational strategy with the use of emerging technologies.
Subhendu is responsible for transformation and strategy at StrategicIT Solutions. His key area of focus includes – business transformation, corporate strategy planning, change management, data strategy & planning, and performance improvement.

Jason is a Program Portfolio Manager with over 25 years experience in driving customized solutions to
increase effectiveness while ensuring bottom-line results. In addition to his extensive experience in Project, Program,
and Portfolio Management, as well as Product Management and Business Analysis, he is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
and Project Management Professional (PMP). Jason excels at turning around struggling projects and driving development activities to release with a pragmatic and collaborative approach that ensures success.
As a native Californian, he grew up in the Midwest, and has spent the past 15 years on the east coast,
outside of Washington, D.C. He has worked in development organizations ranging from very large of several
thousand employees, to near start-ups with less than one hundred, giving him a broad view and appreciation for
different cultures and working styles in today’s technology companies.

As the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at StrategicIT Solutions
team, Helen Yi oversees the development and execution of corporate strategy.
Helen has over 20 years of experience in corporate design, product/program development,
marketing, and sales management across various organizations such as Touching Heart, Sprint,
Global One, Cox Communications, and Tata Communications. Focusing on transforming businesses
and driving growth, Helen has managed multi-million dollars accounts. She generated her own non-profit
to raise over $2.5 million to further the award-winning start-up organization’s humanitarian efforts,
with features on NBC, ABC, and Fox News.
She received a B.S. degree in International Business from the University of Maryland and a
Masters in Information Systems in Telecommunications from Johns Hopkins University.
